Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.
We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses. The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties.
We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

Reservation Policies
Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee the reservation, otherwise your reservation won’t be honor.
Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 7 days prior to arrival date, in order to avoid one night penalty. Cancellations from Dec 17 and Jan 5, during holidays and high season must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Early check-out is subject to a 1 night charge and the total of the stay during Holidays and high season. Flight cancellations, or documentation, legal, political or illness problems won’t be considered as justification to cancel the reservation. Natural disasters will be considered as justification to cancel.
No show policy:
No Show will be charged with one night penalty, and the total of the stay during holidays and high season.
Extra person policy:
Extra charges may apply. Please verify the rates before booking.
Children policy:
Up to 12 years old minors pay children rate; 2 children under 12 years old can share the room with their parents.
Pets policy:
We accept pets with an extra cost. *TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE*
Oversold policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted. The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
